PFL verification issues - system can't verify info, need help!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my paid family leave. The system can't verify my information and I'm not sure what to do next. Has anyone else run into this issue? I've been trying to get through on the phone but no luck so far. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I had the same problem last month. Have you tried using ID.me to verify your identity? That seemed to help speed things up for me.

•Thanks for the suggestion! I haven't tried ID.me yet. Did you have to upload any specific documents?

•Yeah, I had to upload my drivers license and a utility bill. It was kinda annoying but better than waiting on hold forever!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

•I get it, but for me it was worth it to finally talk to someone and get my issue resolved. Time is money, ya know?

Have you tried submitting additional documents? Sometimes that can help with verification issues. I had to send in my W-2 and a recent paystub before they could process my claim.

The whole system is so broken. I've been dealing with this for weeks and still no resolution. It's like they don't want us to get the benefits we're entitled to 😡

Here's what worked for me when I had verification issues with my paid family leave claim: 1. Double-check all your personal info on the application. Even small typos can cause problems. 2. Use ID.me to verify your identity if you haven't already. 3. Submit additional documents like pay stubs, W-2, and a utility bill. 4. Keep calling! I know it's frustrating, but persistence pays off. 5. If all else fails, contact your local state representative. They can sometimes help push things through. Hang in there! It's a pain, but you'll get it sorted eventually.

•Great tips! I'd add that keeping a log of all your calls and attempts can be helpful if you need to escalate the issue later.
