PFL verification failing - need help ASAP!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my paid family leave. The system can't verify my information and I'm not sure what to do next. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any advice on how to get it sorted out?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone without waiting for hours. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what worked for me when I had verification issues: 1. Double-check all your info for typos 2. Try uploading your documents again (sometimes the system glitches) 3. idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out my employer hadn't submitted some required info on their end. Might be worth checking with your HR department to make sure they've done everything they need to do.
