PFL claim stuck in processing - need help!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my paid family leave claim. It's been stuck in processing for a while now and I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to move things along?

Ugh, I feel your pain! I was stuck in processing for WEEKS. It's so frustrating. Have you tried calling them? That's what finally worked for me.

I've been trying to call but can never get through. How long did you have to wait on hold?

Honestly, it took me like 3 hours of constant redialing. The system is a joke 🤡 But once I got through, they fixed my issue pretty quick.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone without waiting forever. I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then sends the call to your phone when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it worked for me. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

I was skeptical at first too, but I can confirm it works. Saved me hours of frustration.

20 bucks tho? Idk man, seems steep for a phone call.

I get it, but think about how much your time is worth. For me, it was totally worth not spending all day trying to get through.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes there's additional info they need that they don't tell you about. Worth double-checking all the sections.

I'm in the same boat, buddy. Been stuck for a month now. This system is so broken, I swear they do this on purpose to make people give up 😡

Preach! 🙌 The whole thing needs an overhaul.

Here's what worked for me to get my claim unstuck: 1. Double-check all your documents are uploaded correctly 2. Call first thing in the morning (like right when they open) 3. If you can't get through, try contacting your local assembly member's office. They can sometimes expedite things. 4. Keep a detailed log of all your attempts to contact them 5. Check your spam folder regularly for any communications Hope this helps! Hang in there, it's a frustrating process but you'll get through it.

Thank you so much for this detailed advice! I'll definitely try calling first thing tomorrow morning.
