PFL claim stuck in processing - need help!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I was stuck in processing for WEEKS. It's so frustrating. Have you tried calling them? That's what finally worked for me.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone without waiting forever. I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then sends the call to your phone when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it worked for me. Have you checked your online account? Sometimes there's additional info they need that they don't tell you about. Worth double-checking all the sections.

I went through this exact same thing last year! What really helped me was submitting a request through the "Contact EDD" form on their website instead of just calling. They actually responded within a week and told me exactly what was holding up my claim (turns out they needed an additional form I didn't know about). Also, make sure you're checking the EDD website regularly because sometimes they update requirements without telling you. Don't give up - I know it's super stressful but you'll get through this! 💪
