Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. I applied about 2 weeks after my job ended. Do you think that could be causing the problem?

•It might be. There's usually a waiting period between unemployment and other benefits. Def something to ask about when you get through to someone.

Here's what I've learned from my experience with submitting documents online: 1. Make sure your document is in PDF format and under 5MB. 2. Clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again. 3. Use Chrome or Firefox - the site doesn't play well with Safari or Edge. 4.
