Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. This whole system is broken af. I've been waiting 3 months for my claim to be processed. Starting to think ill never see that money 😭

Here's what worked for me when I had verification issues: 1. Double-check all your info for typos 2. Try uploading your documents again (sometimes the system glitches) 3. If that doesn't work, call and ask for a supervisor 4. Be prepared to provide additional proof of identity (I had to send in a copy of my driver's license) 5. Follow up every few days if you don't hear back It's a pain, but persistence is key. Don't give up!

Have you considered reaching out to your local state representative? They sometimes have staff dedicated to helping constituents with EDD issues.
I didn't even know that was an option. How do I find out who my rep is?
Just google '[your city] state representative'. Most have websites with contact info for constituent services.

Oof, identity theft is the worst. Make sure you change ALL your passwords, especially your email. If someone has access to your email, they can reset passwords for everything else. Use a password manager if you're not already!
