Tips for settling application over the phone? Need advice ASAP!
Hey everyone, I'm about to call in to settle my application. Any advice on what I should have ready or how to explain my situation? I want to make sure I don't mess this up.

Make sure you have ALL your documents ready! I mean everything - pay stubs, ID, social security card, bank statements, the works. Better to have too much than not enough.

•This! 👆 I learned the hard way. Forgot my ID and they couldn't help me. Had to call back and wait on hold for hours again 😭

Be prepared to explain your situation clearly and concisely. They deal with hundreds of calls a day, so the more organized you are, the better they can help you.

Guys, I found a way to skip the hold times! There's this site called claimyr.com that has a calling tool. It dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then forwards the call to you when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it saved me hours of frustration. •Sounds too good to be true. How does it actually work?

•It's legit! They use some kind of AI to navigate the phone tree and detect when a human picks up. Then it calls you. Saved me a whole day of being on hold.

•Trust me, after you've been on hold for 4 hours and get disconnected, you'll think $20 is a bargain 😅

Write down all your questions beforehand! Its easy to forget stuff when youre nervous on the phone.

Good luck, OP! The system is a mess rn, but hang in there. We're all in the same boat 🚣♀️

Pro tip: If you get a rude agent, politely ask to speak with a supervisor. Some of them don't know the updated policies and might give you wrong info.

•Facts! I got 3 different answers from 3 different agents last month. The supervisor finally sorted it out.

Anyone else feel like we're playing phone tag with our future? 📞🏃♂️💨 This whole process is a joke.

•Preach! 🙌 I've been trying to settle my claim for 3 months now. It's like they're playing hide and seek with our benefits.
