PFL identity verification stuck - EDD nightmare! Help!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I went through the same thing last month. Have you tried using ID.me? That seemed to work for me after I kept getting stuck with the regular verification process.

Have you received any notices from EDD about the verification issue? Sometimes they send letters with specific instructions on what to do next.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what worked for me: 1. Double-check all your documents are clear and legible 2. Try uploading in a different format (PDF instead of JPEG, for example) 3. Use a different browser or clear your cache 4. If all else fails, call the EDD office first thing in the morning (like right when they open) 5. Be persistent! have u tried faxing ur docs? I no it sounds old school but it worked 4 me when the online stuff wasnt going thru

Just a heads up, there's been a lot of identity theft going around. Make sure you're only using official EDD websites and be careful about sharing personal info online.
