PFL Claim Submitted - No Response, Can't Reach Anyone on Phone. Help!

Ugh, welcome to the club! 🙄 I've been dealing with this nonsense for weeks. It's like they're purposely making it impossible to reach anyone. Have you tried calling right when they open? Sometimes that works for me.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what I've learned after dealing with PFL for months: • Be persistent! Call multiple times a day if you have to. • Keep a log of all your calls, including date, time, and any info you receive. • Check your online account regularly for updates. • If possible, fax your documents in addition to mailing them. • Consider reaching out to your local state representative for help. • Join Facebook groups dedicated to PFL issues - sometimes they have insider tips. I'm in the same boat, OP. Been waiting on my claim for 2 months now. It's ridiculous how hard they make it to get any info. Sending good vibes your way! 🙏

Pro tip: if you can't get through on the main line, try calling one of their auxiliary offices. Sometimes they can help or at least transfer you to the right person. I'll DM you the number I used.

Hey OP, what documents did you submit? Make sure you didn't miss anything important. I thought I had everything in order but turns out I was missing a form and that's why my claim was held up.
