PFL claim started in December, still no checks received. Anyone else experiencing delays?

Ugh, I feel your pain! I've been waiting since November and still nothing. It's like they're playing hide and seek with our money 🙄

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Check out this video: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what I've learned from my experience and research: • PFL claims can take 2-4 weeks to process normally • If there are any issues or missing info, it can take much longer • Always double-check that you've submitted all required documents • Keep copies of everything you send them • If it's been more than 6 weeks, definitely try to contact them • Check your claim status online regularly • Sometimes they send letters asking for more info, so check your mail Hope this helps someone! I'm in the exact same boat 🚣‍♀️ Started my claim in January, radio silence since then. This whole system is a joke

Pro tip: if you can, switch to direct deposit. I did that and started getting payments way faster

Unpopular opinion: maybe we should all show up at their office in person. Bet they'd process claims real quick then 😂
