PFL claim started in December, still no checks received. Anyone else experiencing delays?

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I started my PFL claim back in December and it's been months now, but I still haven't received any checks. Is anyone else experiencing these long delays? It's getting really frustrating and I'm not sure what to do next. Any advice would be appreciated!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I've been waiting since November and still nothing. It's like they're playing hide and seek with our money šŸ™„

Hide and seek? More like they're playing dead šŸ’€ I swear the system is designed to make us give up

Guys, have you tried calling them? Sometimes that can speed things up

Call them? LOL good luck getting through. I've spent hours on hold and nothing

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Check out this video: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Does it really work?

Yeah, it actually does! I was skeptical at first too, but I was desperate. Got through in about 2 hours

$20 just to talk to someone? The system is so broken šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

I know it sucks to pay, but for me it was worth it to finally get some answers

Here's what I've learned from my experience and research: • PFL claims can take 2-4 weeks to process normally • If there are any issues or missing info, it can take much longer • Always double-check that you've submitted all required documents • Keep copies of everything you send them • If it's been more than 6 weeks, definitely try to contact them • Check your claim status online regularly • Sometimes they send letters asking for more info, so check your mail Hope this helps someone! Hang in there, everyone šŸ’Ŗ

Thank you so much for this detailed info! I'll definitely check if I'm missing any documents

I'm in the exact same boat šŸš£ā€ā™€ļø Started my claim in January, radio silence since then. This whole system is a joke

A joke? More like a horror story 😱 I've been trying to get my claim sorted for 6 months!

6 months?! omg that's insane. i'm so sorry you're dealing with that

Pro tip: if you can, switch to direct deposit. I did that and started getting payments way faster

0 coins

This! šŸ‘† Direct deposit is the way to go. Checks can get lost in the mail too

anyone else notice how they always seem to 'lose' our documents? šŸ¤” I've had to resend stuff like 3 times

Unpopular opinion: maybe we should all show up at their office in person. Bet they'd process claims real quick then šŸ˜‚

lmao imagine the chaos. But fr tho, that might actually work 🤣

Pretty sure they'd just call security on us šŸš”
