PFL claim not processed, no payment for 1+ month, baby bonding claim stalled - Help!
Hey everyone, I'm really frustrated with my PFL claim. It's been over a month since I submitted my baby bonding claim online, and I haven't received any updates or payments. My disability benefits were also stopped. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to get this resolved?

I found a way to solve PFL claim delay issues, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGkvDldFyRg

Ugh, I feel your pain! I went through something similar last year. Have you tried calling them? It's a pain, but sometimes that's the only way to get answers.

•I've been trying to call, but I can never get through. It's so frustrating! 😤

•Pro tip: call right when they open. I got through after only 30 mins on hold that way.

•Thanks for the tip! I'll give that a shot tomorrow morning. 🤞

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

•I'm skeptical. How do we know this isn't just a scam?

•I get the skepticism, but it's legit. I was desperate and took a chance. Saved me hours of frustration.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they update the status there without sending a notification.

This is why the system is so messed up. They make it impossible to get help when you need it. We need to demand better from our government!

Here's what you need to do: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your attempts to contact them, including dates and times. 2. Check your online account daily for updates. 3. If you can't get through on the phone, try sending a secure message through your online account. 4. Reach out to your local state representative's office. They often have liaisons who can help with PFL issues. 5. Make sure all your paperwork is in order. Double-check that you've submitted everything they've asked for. 6. If all else fails, consider filing a complaint with the state labor board. Remember, persistence is key. Don't give up! The system is frustrating, but you'll get through this. Good luck!

•@Zara Malik This is incredibly helpful! I had no idea about reaching out to my state representative s'office. That could be a game changer. Has anyone here actually tried that route and had success?

Quick question - did you receive any kind of confirmation when you submitted your claim online? If not, there's a chance it didn't go through properly.

•Yeah, I got an email confirmation. But nothing since then. 😕
