Hey everyone, I just wanted to share that I finally got through to deposit some funds. It's been a real hassle trying to reach someone, but I managed to do it today. Has anyone else had any luck recently? Any tips for others who are still struggling to get in touch?

Pro tip: Try calling right when they open. I got through last week by dialing at 7:59 AM and got an agent within 10 minutes.

For those still struggling, here's what worked for me: ā¢ Call early in the morning, preferably right when they open ā¢ Use the phone menu options that are most likely to get you to a real person (usually account-specific issues) ā¢ If you get put on hold, stay on the line no matter what ā¢ Try different days of the week - some are less busy than others ā¢ Be persistent and keep trying if you don't get through It's frustrating, but don't give up.
