Need help getting manager to process payment - any tips?

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble getting my payment processed. I've been trying to reach the manager for days but no luck. Anyone else dealing with this? Any tips on how to get through to someone who can actually help?

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been in the same boat for weeks now. It's like they're purposely making it impossible to reach anyone important. Have you tried calling first thing in the morning? Sometimes that works for me.

Thanks for the tip! I'll give that a shot tomorrow. What time do you usually call?

I usually start dialing right at 8 AM when they open. But be prepared to redial A LOT. It's like playing the lottery 🎰

8 AM? Yall are dedicated. I can barely function that early 😴 kudos to you

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

$20? That's steep. But I guess if it works... 🤔

I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo

Is this even legal? Seems like there might be some privacy concerns...

It's totally legit. They don't access any of your personal info, just dial and wait on hold for you. Changed my life fr 💯

Have you tried emailing? Sometimes that works better than calling. Just make sure to include all your relevant info in the email so they can look up your account.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at opening time 2. If you get a busy signal, hang up and immediately redial 3. When you finally get through, choose the option for 'new claims' even if that's not your issue 4. Be super polite to whoever answers, explain your situation calmly 5. If they can't help, ask to speak to a tier 2 representative 6. If all else fails, contact your local state representative. They can sometimes intervene on your behalf. It's a pain, but persistence is key. Don't give up!

Most offices are still closed or appointment-only due to covid. Check their website first!

I'm telling you, it's all a conspiracy. They don't want us to get our money. Wake up sheeple! 👀
