Hey OP, quick question - when exactly did you submit the additional docs? And what type of documents were they? Sometimes certain types take longer to process.
I submitted them about 10 days ago. It was mostly medical certification stuff from my doctor. Does that usually take longer?
I'm telling you, the real solution is to camp outside their office. Bring a tent, some snacks, and don't leave until they help you. Who's with me? βΊοΈποΈ
Lmao imagine the look on their faces when they show up to work and see a bunch of us camped out front π€£
I mean... at this point, why not? π€·ββοΈ Can't be any less effective than calling!
Guys, I just got through after trying for weeks! Here's what worked for me: 1. Call at 2:55 PM 2. Press 1 for English 3. Then 1 for claim questions 4. Then 2 for existing claims 5. Then 4 for general questions I was on hold for about an hour, but I finally spoke to someone. Hope this helps!
They stop taking new calls at 3, but if you're already in the queue they'll still help you. That's why calling right before closing sometimes works better!
have u tried going to the office in person? sometimes face-to-face works better
Most offices are still closed or appointment-only due to covid. Check their website first!
Oh great, here come the tinfoil hats π
Anyone else feel like the whole system is designed to make us give up? It's like they're hoping we'll just go away if they ignore us long enough.

lol welcome to late-stage capitalism, where companies can do whatever they want and we just have to deal π€‘

Hey OP, have you considered legal action? If enough of us are having the same issue, we might have a case for a class action lawsuit.

β’Woah, slow down there. Let's not go nuclear just yet. Legal stuff can get messy and expensive real quick.

β’True, but sometimes it's the only way to get these big companies to listen. Just food for thought.
