Company not delivering on promises - false advertising?
I'm so frustrated with this company. I feel like they're not being honest about their services. Has anyone else had this experience? I've been waiting for weeks and still nothing. It's like they're just taking our money and not delivering on their promises.

Ugh, I know exactly how you feel. I've been dealing with the same issue for over a month now. It's like talking to a brick wall. Have you tried reaching out to their customer service?

ā¢Yeah, I've tried calling and emailing but it's always the same generic responses. It's so frustrating!

ā¢Same here! I swear they must have a bot answering all their messages. No real help at all š¤

I hate to say it, but I think we all got scammed. š” They probably just take our money and run. Has anyone actually gotten what they paid for?

ā¢Woah, let's not jump to conclusions. I've actually had a decent experience with them. Maybe there's just a backlog or something?

ā¢A backlog for weeks? Cmon, that's just bad business. We deserve better than this!

Guys, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Check out this video: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

ā¢Sounds too good to be true. Are you sure it's legit?

ā¢I was skeptical too, but I tried it and it actually worked. Saved me hours of frustration.

ā¢$20 just to talk to someone? That's ridiculous. We shouldn't have to pay extra for basic customer service.

ā¢I get it, but for me, it was worth it to finally get some answers. Time is money, you know?

Has anyone tried filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau? Maybe that would light a fire under their a**es.

I've been in customer service for years, and I can tell you this is NOT how a reputable company operates. They need to seriously improve their communication and follow-through. It's just basic business 101.

ā¢Preach! š It's like they forgot the 'service' part of customer service.

Okay, let me play devil's advocate here. Is it possible there's just a misunderstanding? Maybe we're not seeing the full picture. Has anyone tried: ⢠Checking their spam folder for emails ⢠Looking for a detailed FAQ on their website ⢠Reaching out on social media ⢠Asking for a supervisor when calling I know it's frustrating, but sometimes these issues can be resolved with a bit more digging. If none of that works, then yeah, they've got some serious explaining to do.

ā¢I appreciate you trying to be rational, but trust me, I've tried ALL of that. It's like they've gone radio silent.

ā¢Good suggestions, but when a company takes your money, they should be bending over backwards to help. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops.

lol welcome to late-stage capitalism, where companies can do whatever they want and we just have to deal š¤”

Hey OP, have you considered legal action? If enough of us are having the same issue, we might have a case for a class action lawsuit.

ā¢Woah, slow down there. Let's not go nuclear just yet. Legal stuff can get messy and expensive real quick.

ā¢True, but sometimes it's the only way to get these big companies to listen. Just food for thought.
