EDD Payments Stopped Suddenly - Can't Get Through on Phone

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. My payments stopped last month and I can't get ahold of anyone. It's so frustrating!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

This whole system is a joke. They can't even keep their phone lines working properly. How are we supposed to survive when they can't get their act together? 🤬

Hey OP, when did your payments stop? There was a glitch in the system last week that affected a bunch of people. Might be related.
