NYDOL calls dropping before connecting - Payment issues unresolved

Hey everyone, I'm having a really frustrating issue with my unemployment payments. The calls keep dropping before I can even connect with anyone at the department. Has anyone else experienced this? It's been going on for a while now and I'm starting to get worried about my claim. Any advice on how to actually get through to someone?

I dont mean to be that guy, but are we sure its not a problem with OPs phone? Like maybe ur carrier is dropping the calls? Just a thought before blaming the unemployment office (even tho they do suck lol

I considered that, but it's only happening with these calls. Everything else works fine. Plus, I've tried from different phones too. Pretty sure it's on their end.
