EDD payments delayed - no explanation online. Anyone else?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. My payments have been delayed for weeks now. It's so frustrating! Have you checked your account online to see if there's any info about why it's late?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Have you checked if there's any identity verification or documents they need from you? That was the reason for my delay last month.

Here's what I've learned from dealing with late payments: 1. Check your online account daily for updates 2. Make sure all your documents are up to date 3. Try calling right when they open or just before closing 4. If you can't get through, try contacting your local representative 5. Keep a record of all your attempts to contact them Hope this helps!
