Unemployment claim issues - Can't get through on phone. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble with my unemployment claim and I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else experienced issues with their claim recently? I've been trying to get through to someone on the phone but it's been impossible. Any advice would be really appreciated!

I actually found a way to get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/_kiP6q8DX5c

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at 8:00 AM when they open 2. If you get a busy signal, hang up and immediately redial 3. Keep doing this for about 30 minutes 4. If you still can't get through, try again at 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM 5. Use all phone lines available to you (cell, landline, etc.) 6. Be persistent and don't give up! It took me a few days of trying, but I finally got through using this method. Good luck!

The online portal is a joke. Half the time it's down for maintenance, and when it does work, it's super glitchy. I've given up on it tbh

I actually had some success with the portal last week. Try clearing your browser cache and using a different browser. That seemed to help with the errors for me.
