Unemployment claim issues - Can't get through on phone. Help!

Same here! I've been calling non-stop and can never get through. It's like they don't even want to help us 🤬

Have you guys tried calling right when they open? I heard that's the best time to get through.

I get the skepticism, but it really did work for me. After weeks of trying, I was desperate. The $20 was worth it to finally get my issue resolved.

How long did you have to wait once you used the service?

It took about 2 hours total, but I didn't have to sit there listening to hold music. They called me when an agent was on the line.

The online portal is a joke. Half the time it's down for maintenance, and when it does work, it's super glitchy. I've given up on it tbh

I actually had some success with the portal last week. Try clearing your browser cache and using a different browser. That seemed to help with the errors for me.
