Payment not received: EDD issue beyond delay or incorrect amount - Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having a problem with my payment. It's been a while and I still haven't received it. This isn't just a delay or wrong amount issue, it's something else entirely. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on what I should do next?

Ugh, I feel ya. The payment system is such a mess rn. Have you tried calling them? Sometimes that's the only way to get answers.

I've been trying to call all day but can't get through. It's so frustrating!

Pro tip: call right when they open. You might have to wait on hold for a while, but at least you'll get through eventually.

Calling is useless, I was on hold for 3 hours yesterday and then they hung up on me 🤬

I had a similar issue last month. Turns out there was a problem with my documentation. Have you checked your online account to see if they're requesting any additional info?

The whole system is broken af. I've been waiting on my payment for weeks now. This is ridiculous!

Preach! 🙌 It's like they don't even care about us.

Have you tried contacting your local representative? Sometimes they can help push things through.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/0UZGuPWGErg

Sounds sketchy. Is this legit?

Yeah, it's totally legit. I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

$20 just to talk to someone? That's highway robbery!

I get it, but think about how much time and stress it saves. For me, it was worth it to finally get my issue resolved.

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your online account for any pending issues or requests for additional documentation. 2. If everything looks good there, try to reach out via email. Keep it concise and include all relevant info (claim number, dates, etc). 3. If you don't hear back within a week, start calling. Be persistent. 4. Document everything - dates you called, who you spoke to, what they said. 5. If all else fails, contact your local representative or the ombudsman's office. Remember, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Don't give up!
