Didn't receive full December payment - what to do?
Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my December payment. I didn't receive the full amount I was expecting. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what could have happened or what I should do next?

Ugh, that sucks. I had a similar issue last year. Have you tried calling the payment office? Sometimes there's a glitch in their system.

•I've been trying to call all day but can't get through. It's so frustrating! 😤

•Pro tip: call right when they open. You might have better luck getting through.

This happened to me too! Turns out there was a processing delay due to the holidays. It might resolve itself in a few days.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes there's an explanation there for partial payments.

•Good idea, I'll take a look. Didn't even think of that!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

•Sounds too good to be true. Does it really work?

•Yeah, it actually does! I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration.

•$20 seems steep just to make a phone call. Is it worth it?

•For me it was. I wasted so much time trying to get through on my own. This way I could just go about my day until they called me back.

This whole system is broken. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get our money. 🤬

•Preach! 🙌 It's like they make it difficult on purpose.

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your payment history online 2. Look for any notices or messages in your account 3. If nothing there, try calling first thing in the morning 4. If you can't get through, consider using a call-back service 5. As a last resort, you might need to visit an office in person Remember to document everything - dates you called, who you spoke to, etc. It might take some time, but don't give up! You're entitled to your full payment.
