EDD Direct Deposit Not Received - Sent on Dec 9, Still Missing. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my direct deposit payment. The system says they sent it on December 9th, but I still haven't received anything in my bank account. It's been over a week now. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what I should do next?

Ugh, I've been there before. Have you checked with your bank to see if there's any pending deposits or if they're holding it for some reason? Sometimes banks can be a pain and hold onto funds for no good reason.

This happened to me last month. Turns out they had my old bank info on file 🤦♂️ Double-check that they have your correct account number and routing number.

Hey, I found a method to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your bank info in the system 2. Call the agency and ask for a payment trace 3. If they say it was sent, ask for the exact date and transaction number 4. Go back to your bank with this info and have them investigate 5. If all else fails, request that they cancel the direct deposit and reissue a paper check Stay persistent! Don't let them give you the runaround. If one person can't help, ask to speak to a supervisor. Good luck!
