Money Network Card: December Deposit Delay - Anyone Else?

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my direct deposit this month. I usually get my money on my Money Network card, but there's been a delay. My last deposit was on November 11th, and I haven't received anything since. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what could be causing the hold-up?

I found a way to solve delayed Money Network direct deposit, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIcW2rukmss

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. My deposit is late too. Have you tried calling them? It's a nightmare to get through 🤬

Not yet, I've been dreading it. The hold times are insane. Might have to bite the bullet tho 😩

Pro tip: call right when they open. I got through in like 20 mins last time

Good idea! What time do they open?

I found a way to get someone on the phone fast. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Check out this video: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

I was skeptical too, but I tried it and it actually worked. Saved me hours of frustration

$20 tho? That's steep for just a phone call 🤔

I get it, but for me, it was worth not wasting a whole day on hold. Time is money, ya know?

Have you checked your account online? Sometimes there's info there about delays or issues that doesn't show up on the card

This happened to me last month. Turns out there was a system glitch affecting a bunch of accounts. It got fixed after about a week, but I had to call to get it sorted. Hopefully it's not the same issue again 🙄

Oh man, I hope it's not another glitch. Did they give you any compensation for the delay?

Lol nope. Just a half-hearted apology and a 'thanks for your patience' 🙄

Here's what I've learned from dealing with Money Network for years: 1. Always keep an eye on your online account, not just the card balance. 2. Set up text alerts for deposits if you haven't already. 3. If there's a delay, check their social media. Sometimes they post about widespread issues there. 4. Call early in the morning or late in the evening for shorter wait times. 5. If you can't get through, try their email support. It's slower but sometimes more helpful. 6. Document everything - dates of deposits, when you called, who you spoke to. 7. If the delay is causing serious issues (like late bills), explain that to the rep. They might be able to expedite. Hope this helps! Dealing with these delays is super frustrating, but hang in there!
