Pending payment stuck - haven't received money yet. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with a pending payment. It's been a while and I still haven't received my money. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on what I should do or who I should contact? I'm getting pretty worried about it.

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been in the same boat before. How long has it been pending? Sometimes it can take a few days, but if it's been more than a week, you might want to reach out to customer service.

•It's been about 5 days now. I guess I'll give it a couple more days before I start panicking 😅 Thanks for the advice!

•5 days? That's nothing lol. I once had a payment pending for 3 weeks! 🤯 The system is so broken

•Yeah, eventually. But it was a huge hassle. Had to call them like 50 times 🙄

Have you checked your bank account details are correct in the system? Sometimes that can cause delays.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Sounds too good to be true. Does it really work? 🤔

•Yeah, it actually does! I was skeptical at first too, but I was desperate. It saved me hours of hold time.

•$20 just to talk to someone? That's ridiculous. The system is so broken 🤮

•I get it, but for me, it was worth it. Time is money, and I was wasting so much time trying to get through.

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check all your information is correct in the system 2. If it's been more than 7 business days, contact customer service 3. Be prepared with all your relevant info (account number, transaction details, etc.) 4. If customer service can't help, ask to speak to a supervisor 5. Document everything - dates, times, who you spoke to 6. If all else fails, consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

•This is great advice. I'd add one more thing - check if there's an ombudsman or consumer protection agency you can contact if things really go south.

This happened to me last month. Turns out there was a system-wide glitch affecting a bunch of accounts. Might be worth asking if theres any known issues going on.
