SDI Payment Delay: Haven't Received Anything Yet. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my SDI payment. It's been a while and I still haven't received anything. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on what I should do next?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. It's been weeks and still nothing. The waiting game is killing me 😫

How long have you been waiting? I'm on week 3 and starting to get worried...

Going on 5 weeks now. This is ridiculous! 🤬

Hang in there guys! I know it sucks, but it'll come through eventually. Just keep checking your account.

Have you tried calling them? Sometimes you gotta be proactive and bug them until they sort it out.

I've tried calling but can never get through. It's so frustrating!

Pro tip: call right when they open. You might have to redial a few times, but it's your best shot at getting a human on the line.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

$20 just to talk to someone? That's highway robbery! 🤡

I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration.

Can you give more details about how it works? I'm desperate enough to try anything at this point.

Sure! You just go to their website, choose the SDI line, pay, and they start calling. When they get a real person, your phone rings. It's pretty simple.

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check all your paperwork is correct and submitted 2. Log into your SDI account and make sure there are no pending tasks or messages 3. If everything looks good on your end, start calling. Be persistent! 4. If you can't get through on the phone, try reaching out via email or their online contact form 5. As a last resort, contact your local assembly member's office. They can sometimes help push things through Remember, the system is overloaded right now, so delays are common. But don't give up! Keep advocating for yourself. Good luck!

Quick question - did you check if your bank info is correct in the system? I had a similar issue and it turned out my account number was off by one digit. 🤦‍♂️

Oh man, I didn't even think to check that. I'll do that right now, thanks!

Guys, I hate to be that person, but have you considered reaching out to your employer? Sometimes there's a delay because they haven't submitted all the necessary info on their end.

This! 👆 My HR department messed up my paperwork and it took forever to sort out.
