idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out they had my address wrong by one number. Might be worth double-checking that with them
The whole system is broken af. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get basic info about our claims. Time for some serious reform imho
Pro tip: if u cant get thru on the main line, try calling some of the other departments and ask to be transfered. Worked for me!
Guys, I know it's frustrating, but remember the workers are probably overwhelmed too. A little patience goes a long way when you do get someone on the phone.
Nice try, government employee 🙄
Lol, I wish! Just trying to spread some positivity 😊
PSA: If anyone's having trouble getting through to EDD, I've heard good things about this service called Claimyr. It apparently calls for you and connects you when there's a real person. Costs like $20 but might be worth it if you're desperate. https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
Nice try, Claimyr marketing team 🙄
Lol I promise I don't work for them. Just sharing what worked for me. But yeah, do your own research!

Hey OP, have you checked if there's any missing information on your claim? Sometimes they don't tell you if something's incomplete and it just sits there. Might be worth double-checking everything.

•That's a good point. I'll go through it all again. Thanks for the suggestion!
