Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I sent in my address verification and proof of ID to EDD via overnight USPS with tracking. My USPS tracking says it was delivered on Feb 13th at 9am, but I still haven't heard anything back from EDD. It's been over a week now. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on what I should do next?

Hey OP, how long has it been since your doctor submitted the extension? Sometimes it can take a few weeks to process.
It's been about 3 weeks now. I'm getting worried because bills are piling up 😰
Hang in there! 3 weeks is pushing it, but not unheard of. Def follow up if you don't hear anything by the end of this week.

Anybody else notice that ever since covid, getting ahold of ANY government agency is like 10 times harder? smh
For real! It's like they're using the pandemic as an excuse to provide even worse service 🙄
Have you tried reaching out to your local state representative? Sometimes they can help push things through faster.
I hadn't thought of that! Do you just call their office or is there a special process?
Just call their office and explain your situation. They usually have staff dedicated to helping constituents with stuff like this.
