EDD: No benefits for 14+ days, what to do?

Ugh, I feel you. I was in the same boat last month. Have you tried calling EDD? It's a pain, but sometimes that's the only way to get answers.

idk if this helps but I had a similar issue and it turned out I had answered one of the certification questions wrong. Double check all your answers!
