SDI payments missing - need help contacting someone ASAP!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my SDI payments. They're missing and I need to get in touch with someone to figure out what's going on. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any advice on how to get through to a real person?

Ugh, I feel your pain. SDI can be such a headache sometimes. When did you first notice the payments were missing? Have you tried calling their main line?

I noticed about two weeks ago. Yeah, I've tried calling but it's impossible to get through. Just endless hold times and then it hangs up on me 😤

Classic SDI move. Their phone system is the worst. Have you tried emailing them? Sometimes that works better, even if it takes a few days to get a response.

I'll give that a shot. Thanks for the suggestion!

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

I was skeptical at first too, but it really worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration.

20 bucks tho? Thats kinda steep just to talk to someone who should be available for free 🙄

I get it, but for me it was worth it. Time is money, and I was wasting so much time trying to get through on my own.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes there are messages or updates there about payment issues.

I had a similar issue last year. Turns out they had my bank info wrong. Took forever to fix, but eventually got it sorted. Hang in there!

Oh man, I hope that's not the case for me. How long did it take you to resolve it?

It took about a month, but most of that was just waiting to get through to someone. Once I actually talked to a person, they fixed it pretty quick.

The whole SDI system is broken af. They need to overhaul the entire thing. Good luck OP, youre gonna need it 🤡

Here's what I'd recommend: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of when you've called, emailed, or tried to contact them. 2. Check your online account daily for updates. 3. If you can, try to visit a local office in person. Sometimes face-to-face works better. 4. Reach out to your local state representative. They often have contacts that can help push things through. 5. Be persistent but polite. The people on the other end are probably overwhelmed too. 6. Double-check all your paperwork to make sure there weren't any errors on your end. 7. If all else fails, consider filing a formal complaint. Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

This is solid advice right here. Especially the part about contacting your state rep. They can work wonders sometimes.
