Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. I've heard rumors that they're prioritizing new claims over pending ones from a few months ago. Anyone know if there's any truth to that?
I doubt it. My claim is new (filed last week) and I'm still waiting. Think they're just swamped across the board.

Anyone else notice that the EDD seems to be getting worse instead of better? You'd think after all this time they'd have figured out how to handle the volume by now. SMH
