NYDOL website down - Can't file claims for 3 weeks. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble getting paid for the last few weeks. The website won't let me access it to file my claims. I've tried calling but the lines are always busy. Anyone else dealing with this? Any advice on how to get through to someone or fix the website issue?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE
