Can't access account to file claim - Stuck in customer service loop. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble accessing my account to file a claim. When I try to log in, it keeps telling me to call customer service for help. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any tips on how to get through to a real person? I've been trying for days and it's so frustrating!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I had the same problem last month. It's like they make it impossible to actually talk to someone. Have you tried resetting your password? Sometimes that works.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to your phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at 8:00 AM when they open 2. Choose the Spanish option (even if you don't speak Spanish) 3. When you get a rep, politely ask if they speak English. Most do and will help you 4. If they don't, just hang up and try again It took me a few tries, but I finally got through this way. Good luck!

I went through this exact same nightmare a few months ago! What finally worked for me was using the online chat feature during off-peak hours (like mid-afternoon on weekdays). Sometimes the chat queue is shorter than the phone lines. Also, if you have any local workforce development offices near you, they might be able to help you get through to someone or at least give you better guidance on next steps. Don't give up - you'll get through eventually!
