Can't access account to file claim - Stuck in customer service loop. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble accessing my account to file a claim. When I try to log in, it keeps telling me to call customer service for help. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any tips on how to get through to a real person? I've been trying for days and it's so frustrating!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I had the same problem last month. It's like they make it impossible to actually talk to someone. Have you tried resetting your password? Sometimes that works.

Yeah, I tried that already. No luck 😞 It's like I'm stuck in an endless loop of automated messages

Same here! Its so annoying. I swear they do this on purpose to make us give up

Oof, that sucks. Maybe try calling right when they open? I've heard that can help sometimes.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to your phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/MCgaMJPY8Us

Sounds too good to be true. Are you sure it's legit?

Yep, 100% legit. I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo

How long did it take for them to call you back?

It took about 2 hours for me, but I've heard it can vary. Still way better than being stuck on hold yourself!

Have you tried contacting them through social media? Sometimes tweeting at them or messaging on Facebook can get a faster response.

This is ridiculous. We pay taxes for this service and they can't even provide basic customer support. The whole system needs an overhaul.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at 8:00 AM when they open 2. Choose the Spanish option (even if you don't speak Spanish) 3. When you get a rep, politely ask if they speak English. Most do and will help you 4. If they don't, just hang up and try again It took me a few tries, but I finally got through this way. Good luck!

Have you checked if there's any scheduled maintenance or known issues on their website? Sometimes they post updates about that stuff.

I went through this exact same nightmare a few months ago! What finally worked for me was using the online chat feature during off-peak hours (like mid-afternoon on weekdays). Sometimes the chat queue is shorter than the phone lines. Also, if you have any local workforce development offices near you, they might be able to help you get through to someone or at least give you better guidance on next steps. Don't give up - you'll get through eventually!
