Need help checking claim progress - can't reach an agent. Any tips?
Hey everyone, I'm trying to check on the progress of my claim but I'm having trouble getting through to an agent. Has anyone else been in this situation? Any tips on how to get an update or speak with someone?

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been trying to get through for weeks now. It's like they don't want us to actually talk to anyone 🙄

•Have you guys tried using the online portal? Sometimes you can get updates there without having to call

•Yeah, I've checked online but my status hasn't changed in forever. I need to talk to a real person!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

•Wow, that sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

•Idk man, paying to get through seems sketchy. Shouldn't this be a free service?

•I get the skepticism, but it seriously worked for me. After weeks of trying, I finally got through and sorted out my claim. Worth every penny imo

•How long did you have to wait once they connected you?

•It took about 2 hours total, but I didn't have to sit there listening to hold music. They called me when an agent was on the line

Here's what I've learned from my experience: • Call right when they open in the morning • Be prepared with all your info before you call • If you get through, ask for a direct number or extension for follow-ups • Document everything: who you talked to, what they said, date and time • If online status isn't changing, there might be an issue they haven't addressed yet Hope this helps someone! It's a frustrating process but hang in there 💪

•Great tips! I'd add: be super nice to the agent when you get one. They deal with angry people all day and being kind can go a long way

Has anyone had luck with contacting their local representative? I've heard sometimes they can help push things along

•I tried that last month. They took my info but I haven't heard anything back yet. Might be worth a shot tho

Pro tip: if you do get through, ask them to put notes on your account about what was discussed. Makes follow-up calls easier if you have to call again
