Need help following up on my claim - can't get through to anyone!
Hey everyone, I need to follow up on my claim but I'm having trouble getting through. Anyone else in the same boat? Any tips on how to actually reach someone?

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been trying to get through for weeks now. It's like they don't want us to actually talk to anyone 🙄

•For real tho. I swear they changed their phone system just to make it harder to reach a human.

•Same here. I've tried calling at different times, still no luck. This is ridiculous!

I actually found a way to get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Wait, seriously? That sounds too good to be true. How does it even work?

•I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it's legit. You just put in your number and they do all the waiting for you. Saved me hours of frustration.

•I get the skepticism, but when you've been trying for weeks, $20 starts to look pretty good. It's not ideal, but it got me the help I needed.

Have you tried emailing them? Sometimes that works better than calling, even if it takes a few days to get a response.

Pro tip: call right when they open. Like, set an alarm and everything. I got through on my third try doing this.

•This! Early morning is key. Also, Wednesdays seem to be less busy for some reason.

I've had some luck with the online chat feature on their website. It's not perfect, but at least you're not stuck listening to hold music for hours.

•Online chat? Where do you find that? I've been all over their site and never saw it 😫

•It's kinda hidden. Go to the contact page, then scroll all the way down. There should be a little chat icon in the corner. Hope this helps!

Honestly, at this point I'm considering hiring a lawyer. Anyone else thought about this? Is it worth it?

•I looked into it. Most won't take cases unless you've been denied benefits. Might be overkill for just following up on a claim.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at 8:01 AM 2. If you get the 'too many callers' message, hang up and redial immediately 3. Keep doing this until you get into the queue 4. Once in queue, DO NOT HANG UP no matter how long it takes 5. Have all your info ready when you finally get through It took me about 30 tries over 2 days, but I finally got through. Stay persistent!

•This is solid advice. Gonna try this tomorrow morning. Wish me luck! 🤞

•I know it sounds like a lot, but when you've been waiting for weeks, it's worth it. Just put on some good music and keep redialing.

Has anyone tried reaching out to their local representative? I've heard some people had luck that way.

This whole system is a joke. We pay taxes for this 'service' and can't even get basic help. smh

•Preach! 🙌 It's like they're actively trying to make it as difficult as possible.
