Need help contacting agent about my claim - any tips to actually get through?
Hey everyone, I need to contact them about my claim and I'm not sure where to start. Has anyone had any luck getting through to an agent recently? Any tips or advice would be really appreciated!

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been trying to get through for weeks now. It's like they don't want us to actually talk to anyone. Have you tried calling first thing in the morning? I've heard that's sometimes better.

•First thing in the morning didn't work for me. I tried for 3 days straight and still couldn't get through. 😤

•Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it a shot, but it sounds like it might be hit or miss.

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

•20 bucks? Idk man, seems kinda steep just to talk to someone...

•I get the skepticism, but it seriously saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

•How long did it take for them to call you back?

•It took about 2 hours for me, but I've heard it can vary. Still way better than trying to get through on your own.

Have you tried reaching out through their online portal? Sometimes you can get a response faster that way.

LOL good luck. I swear they have like 2 people working the phones for the entire state. 🤡

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for months: 1. Be persistent. Keep calling even if you get frustrated. 2. Have all your info ready when you do get through. 3. Try different times of day. Sometimes off-hours work better. 4. Use the online portal for simple questions if possible. 5. If you're really stuck, consider contacting your local representative. They can sometimes help push things through. Hang in there, OP. It's a pain, but you'll get through eventually!

Anyone else think its ridiculous that we even have to jump through all these hoops just to get basic help? The system is broken af

•Preach! 🙌 It's like they're actively trying to make it as difficult as possible.

•Fr fr. We pay taxes for this "service" and can't even use it when we need it. SMH

Hey OP, what specifically do you need to contact them about? Might be able to give more targeted advice if we know what kind of claim issue you're dealing with.

•Good point! I need to ask about a delay in my payments. It's been 3 weeks since my last one and I'm getting worried.

•Ah gotcha. Definitely push for that phone call then. Delays usually need a human touch to sort out. Good luck!
