Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

What exactly does the error message say? Might help to know the specific error you're getting.
It just says 'An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later.' Super helpful, right? 🙄
Oof, that's frustratingly vague. Definitely try a different browser if you haven't already. And maybe screenshot the error if you can, might be helpful if you end up having to call them.

Quick question - did your doctor submit the form electronically or by mail? I've heard electronic submissions are processed faster.
They sent it electronically. But who knows if EDD actually received it 🤷♂️

Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
$20 just to talk to someone? That's ridiculous. The system is so broken 😤
I get it, but for me it was worth it. Saved me days of frustration and got my issue resolved. Sometimes you gotta spend money to make money, ya know?

Has anyone had luck with contacting their local representative? I've heard sometimes they can help push things along
I tried that last month. They took my info but I haven't heard anything back yet. Might be worth a shot tho

Have you tried checking your claim status online? Sometimes that can give you more info about payments and refunds.

idk about refunds but it took me 3 months to get my first sdi payment. the system is so broken its not even funny anymore
