Quick question - did your doctor submit the form electronically or by mail? I've heard electronic submissions are processed faster.
Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
Has anyone had luck with contacting their local representative? I've heard sometimes they can help push things along

Have you tried checking your claim status online? Sometimes that can give you more info about payments and refunds.

•I did check online, but it doesn't show anything about the refund. Just says my claim is approved.

•Hmm, that's frustrating. Might be worth trying to contact them through social media. Sometimes their Twitter support is surprisingly responsive.
