Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Just curious, how long ago did you file the claim? If it's recent, they might be more willing to make changes without too much hassle.
I filed it yesterday, so hopefully that works in my favor!

Anyone else feel like we need a complete overhaul of the disability claim system? It's 2023 and we're still dealing with these archaic processes 🤦♂️

This might sound crazy, but I got my issue resolved by tweeting at the EDD account. They actually responded and escalated my case. Worth a shot if you're desperate!

idk if this helps but I was in a similar situation last month. turns out there was a glitch in their system that was flagging a bunch of claims incorrectly. might be worth asking if theres any known issues going on rn
