EDD SDI renewal after 52 weeks - Hello so my claim is about to end on the 23rd of this month but my question is do I just have to resubmit the application and have the doctor sign it? Also on injury date do I put the date I got hurt last year or do I put a new one since this is a new application? Thank you to all!
