If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Preach! 🙌 It's like they purposely make it confusing just to mess with us.

fr fr. we need a complete overhaul of the tax system. this aint it chief 😤

Have you considered hiring a tax professional? Sometimes it's worth paying for expertise, especially if you're dealing with a complicated situation.

0 coins

I've thought about it, but I'm worried about the cost. Do you have any idea what the typical rates are?

0 coins

It can vary a lot depending on your situation, but for a basic tax issue, you might be looking at $100-$200 per hour. Some offer flat rates for specific services too.

Anyone else notice how they always seem to 'lose' our paperwork? I've sent the same forms like 5 times now. Starting to think there's a black hole in their mailroom 🕳️

LOL same. I started taking pictures of everything before I send it. CYA all day everyday

Pro tip: if you get someone on the phone, DO NOT let them put you on hold. I made that mistake and got disconnected after waiting 2 hours. If they say they need to check something, ask if you can stay on the line while they do it.

Here's what I've learned about getting updates in their database: 1. Be patient. It can take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days for updates to reflect in the system. 2. Keep checking your online account daily. Sometimes updates appear there before you're notified. 3. If it's been more than 3 weeks, definitely try to contact them. 4. Use the online messaging system if available. It's slower but you might get a response. 5. If calling, try early morning or late afternoon. Avoid Mondays and lunch hours. 6. Keep all your documents and information handy. If you do get through, you want to be prepared. 7. If all else fails, consider contacting your local representative. They can sometimes expedite things. Hope this helps! Hang in there, everyone. 💪

Wow, thanks for the detailed info! This is super helpful.

Great advice! I'd add: document everything. Keep a log of all your calls and attempts to contact them.

Has anyone had luck with the online chat feature? I've been trying that instead of calling, but it seems just as useless.

Lol, online chat. Might as well be shouting into the void. Never got a response.

I actually got through once! ...only to be told they couldn't help me and I needed to call. 🤦‍♂️

Yo, not to be that guy, but have yall tried faxing? I know it sounds ancient, but I sent a fax with my question and got a call back within 48 hours. Just putting it out there 📠

0 coins

Wait, people still have fax machines? Where did you even find one?

0 coins

There are online fax services, my dudes. Welcome to the future of the past! 😎

Whatever you do, don't let this slide. I made that mistake and it messed up my taxes and benefits for a whole year. Fix it ASAP!
