Has anyone had luck with the EDD's virtual assistant on their website? I've been trying to use it but it seems pretty limited.
Have you checked if your claim is flagged for any reason? Sometimes there's a hold on claims that isn't communicated well. You might need to provide additional documentation.

Pro tip: try filing your claim between 2-4 AM. The system seems to work better when there's less traffic. Worked for me after a week of E324 errors!
