Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.
Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.
Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Anyone know if there's been any updates to the disability claim process recently? I heard they were trying to streamline things but idk if that actually happened
Last I heard, they were still "working on it". So... probably not 😅

Oof, been there done that. Sometimes you just gotta keep trying. It took me like 20 attempts over 3 days before it finally went through. Hang in there!
20 attempts?! That's insane. But thanks for the encouragement, at least I know I'm not alone in this struggle 😅

Ugh, the PFL system is so broken. I've been waiting 6 weeks for my claim to be processed. This country needs to get its act together when it comes to family leave!

Hey OP, just a heads up - sometimes they send the debit card automatically even if you requested direct deposit. It doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem with your claim. Might be worth calling to confirm your payment method tho.
