Heads up, there was a system update last week. Might be causing delays. Give it a few more days before you panic.
Here's what you need to do: 1. First, log into your account and screenshot your current bank info. Make sure it's correct. 2. Call the helpline (I know, it sucks) and ask them to verify the info they have on file. 3. If there's a discrepancy, ask them to update it immediately. 4. Request a trace on your missing payment. They can usually tell you if it was sent out and where it went. 5. If it was sent to the wrong account, they'll need to recall it. This can take 5-10 business days. 6. In the meantime, ask if they can issue you a paper check for any upcoming payments until the direct deposit issue is resolved. 7. Keep a record of every conversation - date, time, representative name, and what was discussed. 8. If you're really in a bind, ask about hardship assistance. Some agencies have emergency funds for situations like this. Hope this helps! Hang in there, it's a pain but it'll get sorted out eventually.
Has anyone tried the new online chat feature? I heard they added it recently but idk if it actually helps or just another dead end

Hey OP, what's your claim about? I'm curious if different types of claims are being processed faster than others.

•Mine's for pregnancy disability. I've heard some people say theirs went through quickly, but I'm going on week 6 of waiting now.

I'm starting to think we need to organize some kind of mass protest or something. This is getting ridiculous. Who's with me? ✊

•Count me in! We could do a virtual sit-in on their social media accounts or something.

•Great idea in theory, but knowing SDI they probably wouldn't even notice for like 6 months 🙃
