I've been dealing with this for MONTHS. It's a nightmare. I swear they make it difficult on purpose to discourage people from claiming benefits. Hang in there, OP. 💪
Guys, I just found out that my claim was denied because my former employer contested it. Has anyone dealt with this before? What should I do now?
Oh no, that sucks! You should definitely appeal the decision. Make sure you have all your documentation ready and be prepared to explain your side of the story.
I heard they recently updated their phone system. Supposedly it has better language options now. Anyone know if thats true?

Pro tip: If you can, try faxing your documents instead of mailing them. Sounds old school, but I swear it got my claim moving faster.

•What year is it, 1995? 😂 But for real, if it works, it works!

Anyone else notice that ever since they "upgraded" their system, everything's been slower? I miss the old days when you could actually talk to a human without selling your firstborn.
