If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Hey OP, what's your claim about? I'm curious if different types of claims are being processed faster than others.

Mine's for pregnancy disability. I've heard some people say theirs went through quickly, but I'm going on week 6 of waiting now.

Oof, pregnancy claims are supposed to be expedited. Definitely keep pushing on that one, OP!

I'm starting to think we need to organize some kind of mass protest or something. This is getting ridiculous. Who's with me? ✊

Count me in! We could do a virtual sit-in on their social media accounts or something.

Great idea in theory, but knowing SDI they probably wouldn't even notice for like 6 months 🙃

Heads up, there was a system update last week. Might be causing delays. Give it a few more days before you panic.

Source? I haven't heard about any updates.

It was mentioned in a press release on the EDD website. I'll try to find the link.

pro tip: write down EVERYTHING when u finally get thru to someone. names, id numbers, what they tell u. EDD's got more holes in their memory than my grandmas cheese grater 🧀

Here's what you need to do: 1. First, log into your account and screenshot your current bank info. Make sure it's correct. 2. Call the helpline (I know, it sucks) and ask them to verify the info they have on file. 3. If there's a discrepancy, ask them to update it immediately. 4. Request a trace on your missing payment. They can usually tell you if it was sent out and where it went. 5. If it was sent to the wrong account, they'll need to recall it. This can take 5-10 business days. 6. In the meantime, ask if they can issue you a paper check for any upcoming payments until the direct deposit issue is resolved. 7. Keep a record of every conversation - date, time, representative name, and what was discussed. 8. If you're really in a bind, ask about hardship assistance. Some agencies have emergency funds for situations like this. Hope this helps! Hang in there, it's a pain but it'll get sorted out eventually.

anyone else notice how they always seem to 'lose' our paperwork? 🙄 I swear its on purpose

0 coins

Omg yes! I had to resend my forms THREE times. Like, how???

0 coins

Hey OP, what language did you fill the forms in? I've heard some people have issues if they submit non-English forms.

0 coins

I filled them out in Spanish. Do you think that could be the problem?

0 coins

It might be. Try calling and asking if they need an English version. Sometimes theres a delay with translations.

Has anyone tried the new online chat feature? I heard they added it recently but idk if it actually helps or just another dead end

0 coins

I tried it last week. Waited 2 hours to connect, then got disconnected after 5 mins. Total waste of time imo

0 coins

Oof, thanks for the heads up. Guess I'll skip that option 😑

Just a heads up, I've heard they're doing a system upgrade this weekend. Might cause more delays, but hopefully it'll make things smoother in the long run. Fingers crossed! 🤞
