Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Lamentablemente el EDD no tiene un sistema de recordatorios automáticos (al menos que yo sepa). Yo uso el calendario de mi celular y pongo alertas para cada fecha importante.

Ya intentaste revisar tu cuenta en línea del EDD? A veces ahí aparece info que no te mandan por correo. También puedes ver el historial de pagos y eso te puede dar una idea de hasta cuándo te van a seguir pagando.

Have you checked if your claim is flagged for any reason? Sometimes there's a hold on claims that isn't communicated well. You might need to provide additional documentation.

You'd probably need to talk to someone directly. Try calling right when they open or use that calling service someone mentioned above. Ask specifically if there are any flags or holds on your claim.

guys. i literaly just got of the phone with SDI after 3 HOURS on hold. apparently theres a glitch in there system thats causing payment delays for a bunch of people. they said theyre working on it but no ETA for a fix. just FYI

This happened to my cousin. Turns out there was a glitch in the system that marked a bunch of people as 'returned to work' by mistake. Keep pushing, they'll sort it out eventually!
