If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

E324 usually means there's a problem with their system, not yours. You might just have to wait it out. Keep trying every few hours.

That's good to know, thanks! I'll keep trying. Fingers crossed it works soon.

OP, what state are you in? The process can vary a bit depending on location. Might be able to give more specific advice if we know.

I'm in California. Should've mentioned that, my bad!

Ah, gotcha. Yeah, CA's system has been having issues lately. Definitely try that phone method someone mentioned if you can't get through online.

Have you tried faxing them? I know it sounds ancient, but sometimes that's the only way to get through to these government agencies.

Lmao faxing in 2023? What's next, sending a telegram? 😂

Hey, don't knock it till you've tried it! Sometimes the old ways work best with these outdated systems.

I've been dealing with disability claims for years now, and let me tell you, it never gets easier. Hang in there, OP. We're all rooting for you!

Thanks for the support! It's nice to know I'm not alone in this struggle.

Friendly reminder to everyone: ALWAYS keep copies of everything you submit. You never know when you'll need to prove you sent something in!

THIS. I learned this the hard way. Now I scan everything and keep a digital copy too. Can't be too careful!

hey op, have you looked into any local charities or nonprofits that might be able to help with bills or meds while you wait? some places offer emergency assistance

0 coins

I hadn't thought of that. Do you know any specific organizations I should look into?

Try calling 211, they can connect you with local resources. Also check out needhelppayingbills.com for a list of programs in your area. Good luck!

lmao if only it were that simple 😂

I'm in the same boat, been waiting on a credit since March. This whole process is a joke. Anyone know if there's a class action lawsuit we can join?

Guys, lets not get carried away. The people working there are probably doing their best with limited resources.

doing their best? gimme a break. we're talking about peoples livelihoods here!

Hey OP, make sure you check if this overpayment is affecting your credit score too. Sometimes these gov mistakes can really mess things up.

0 coins

Oh man, I didn't even think about that. Thanks for the heads up! 😰

unpopular opinion: maybe we should just get rid of EDD altogether and start from scratch. this system is beyond repair at this point 🤷‍♂️

idk man, literally anything would be better than this dumpster fire 🔥

How about we model it after unemployment systems in other countries? Some European countries seem to have their act together.
