SDI Online E324 Error - Can't File Temp Disability Claim, Need Human Help!
I'm so frustrated with trying to file for temporary disability online. Every time I try to submit my claim, I get this stupid E324 error message. I've triple-checked all my info and it's correct, but the site just won't let me through. Now I have to call and talk to a real person to fix this mess. Anyone else dealing with this nightmare?

Ugh, I feel your pain! I had the same issue last month. It's like they purposely make it difficult for us to get the benefits we need. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes that helps with weird website errors.

•Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried that already, even used different browsers and computers. No luck 😫 It's driving me crazy!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

•Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

Here's what I've learned after dealing with SDI for way too long: 1. The online system is a joke. It's like playing roulette with your claim. 2. Calling is a nightmare, but sometimes it's the only way. 3. Document EVERYTHING. Keep screenshots, write down who you talked to and when. 4. Be persistent. Don't let them wear you down. 5. If all else fails, contact your local state representative. They can sometimes light a fire under EDD's ass. Hang in there, OP. It's a broken system, but you'll get through it eventually.

I'm in the same boat, been trying to file for weeks now. It's like they don't want us to get the help we need. Stay strong, we're all in this together! 💪

•Seriously tho, why is it so hard? Its not like were asking for free money, we paid into this system!

Pro tip: try filing your claim between 2-4 AM. The system seems to work better when there's less traffic. Worked for me after a week of E324 errors!

Anyone else notice how the error messages are always so vague? Like, what does E324 even mean? Give us some actual information we can use to fix the problem! 🤦♂️
