I had this exact same problem! Turns out I had an old claim that wasn't closed properly. Had to call in (took forever) but once I got through, they fixed it in like 5 minutes. Might be worth checking if you have any old claims hanging around.

The whole system is broken. They need to upgrade their tech from the stone age. We're living in 2023 and they're still using systems from the 90s smh
