Error E324 when opening disability claim - Help!
Hey everyone, I'm trying to open my disability claim and I keep getting this error code E324. Has anyone else run into this? It's so frustrating, I've been trying for days and I'm not sure what to do next. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I had the same issue last month. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes that helps with weird error codes.

Error E324 usually means there's a problem with identity verification or missing documents. Double-check that you've uploaded all the required paperwork and that your personal info matches exactly what's on your ID.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

•Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

•Yeah, it's totally legit. I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

Have you tried calling the disability office directly? Sometimes talking to a real person can help sort out these technical issues faster than trying to figure it out online.

•I've been trying to call for days but can never get through. It's always busy or I'm on hold forever 😫

E324 error? Classic EDD move 🙄 They really need to update their systems. It's like we're living in the stone age with these government websites.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Log out completely 2. Clear browser history and cookies 3. Restart your computer 4. Use a different browser (I switched from Chrome to Firefox) 5. Try applying during off-peak hours (early morning or late evening) If none of that works, you might need to contact them directly. Good luck!

•Chill, it was just a joke. Obviously I know disability is serious. Humor helps me cope with the frustration, ya know?

Has anyone else noticed that these errors seem to happen more often right before holidays or at the end of the month? It's like they're trying to delay payments or something 🤔

I had the exact same E324 error last week! What finally worked for me was switching to a different device entirely - I was using my phone and it kept giving me that error, but when I tried my laptop it went through fine. Also make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of whatever browser you're using. The EDD website seems really picky about that stuff. Hope this helps!

•Oh wow, switching devices is such a good point! I never thought of that. I've been stuck using my old tablet this whole time because my laptop is broken. Maybe I should try borrowing someone else's computer or using one at the library. Thanks for the tip about keeping the browser updated too - mine is probably ancient at this point 😅
