EDD Parental Leave Claim Status Check - Long Wait Times?
Hey everyone, I'm trying to check on the status of my parental leave claim with EDD. My spouse and I both sent in our claims recently, but we haven't heard anything back yet. Has anyone else experienced long wait times for their claims to be processed? Any tips on how to get an update or speed things up?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM
