Hey everyone, I'm trying to update my claim status with EDD but I'm having some trouble. Has anyone else had issues with this recently? I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if there's a problem with the system. Any advice would be really appreciated!

I actually found a way to get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Gotcha. For existing claims, sometimes the 'Contact Us' form on the EDD website works better than trying to update directly. Might be worth a shot if you haven't tried it yet.
