Be patient and polite with the rep. They're dealing with a lot right now. 5. Take notes during the call and get the rep's name if possible. 6. Pro tip: if u cant get thru on the main line, try calling some of the other EDD numbers. Sometimes u can get transferred to the right dept that way.
