Washington ESD identity verification holding up my claim - what documents do they need?
Filed my unemployment claim two weeks ago and now Washington ESD is asking for identity verification documents. The notice says I need to verify my identity before they can process my weekly claims. I've never had to do this before - what exactly are they looking for? I uploaded my driver's license and social security card but the status still shows 'pending identity verification.' Anyone else dealt with this recently?
