OED online system says benefits denied when trying to reopen claim - Help!

Ugh, I've been there. The online system is a nightmare sometimes. Have you tried calling them directly? It might be faster to get it sorted out over the phone.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/MCgaMJPY8Us

Have you checked your mail? Sometimes they send important notices about claim status or required actions. I missed one and it caused a whole mess with my benefits.
