OED online system says benefits denied when trying to reopen claim - Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble reopening my unemployment claim online. The system keeps saying my benefits are being denied. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any advice on how to get it sorted out?

Ugh, I've been there. The online system is a nightmare sometimes. Have you tried calling them directly? It might be faster to get it sorted out over the phone.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/MCgaMJPY8Us
