UI claim stuck pending, can't verify weekly. NYDOL website not working. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my unemployment claim. It's still pending and I'm supposed to keep verifying every week, but the system won't let me. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any advice on what to do?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes that helps with website issues. Also, make sure you're using a supported browser. The unemployment site can be picky.

Use a different device if possible (I had success with my phone when my computer didn't work) 3. Make sure all your info is up to date in the system 4.
