Anyone get ny unemployment direct deposit on KeyBank card today? Still waiting on mine

Been checking my KeyBank card all day and still nothing from NY unemployment. Usually hits by 10am but it's already afternoon. Anyone else having delays with their NY unemployment payment hitting their KeyBank card today? System shows payment was released yesterday so I'm getting worried.

KeyBank has been having some delays lately with NY unemployment deposits. I had this issue last week - payment was 8 hours later than usual. The NYSDOL rep told me they're experiencing some processing delays with their banking partner. As long as your payment history shows it as processed, it should hit your card by end of day. If not, definitely call tomorrow morning.

SAME ISSUE!!! been waiting since 8am and NOTHING!!! this is the 3rd time in 2 months they've been late with deposits. how are we supposed to pay bills when they can't even be consistent?? so frustrating!!!

This happens sometimes with the banking system - it's not necessarily NYSDOL's fault. ACH transfers between banks can experience delays for various reasons. I work in banking and can tell you that you should see the deposit by end of business day. If the payment history shows it as processed, the money is already allocated to you and just working its way through the banking system. One tip: sometimes logging into your KeyBank account through their website rather than the app will show pending deposits sooner.

Thanks for explaining that! Just tried logging in through the website instead of app and I can see it's pending now. Says it'll be available at midnight. Weird that it didn't show in the app.
